Diamond Girl Media/Socheec Oscar Suite: The Good & The Gifting

After many years of expertly handing publicity for some of the most high profile Oscar suites, Diamond Girl Media is producing it's own.

Diamond Girl Media will present the Socheec Oscar Suite. Socheec Jewelry, known for its unique one-of-a-kind jewels from all over the world, has been featured on Vanity Fair and 'O'covers, along with multi page spreads in Celeb Life and other fashion books.

Celebrities including Miranda Lambert, Michelle Rodriquez, Lala Vasquez, and Brandy have been seen in Socheec on the red carpet, center stage and in their daily lives.

On February 24th Diamond Girl Media will kick off it's Socheec Oscar Suite with a cocktail party hosted by "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" Taylor Armstrong to benefit 1736 Family Crisis Center which has been helping homeless families and youth in crisis for more than 38 years.

The suite will continue to raise money for this charity throughout the two days. Aside from gifting, vendors participating will be allowed to sell their products, donating a portion of the proceeds to the charity.

This suite will mark Socheec's LA Debut. "If I can look back on my events knowing I've been able to help those in need while handing off swag then it's all been worth it," said Broff.

Brand new from Larenim: Bamboo Skin Polish

Owner and CEO at Diamond Girl Media, Stacy Broff tried the product for the first time yesterday and came into work this morning with a glowing smile. "My skin feels baby soft!" says Stacy. Although she did note that the product should be used as directed in that due to the nature of the ingredients, it should not be left on too long. "The natural ingredients are still very powerful and I would be cautious in leaving the product on too long." I would say, this goes as far with any product you are going to use to polish, but the difference with Larenim is that the natural and nonabrasive ingredients make us much more confident that the polish is not going to be overly harsh, especially for sensitive skin.
Stacy mentioned that she tends to suffer from sensitive skin and usually strays away from chemical peels and exfoliants, so she was excited to see how well Larenim's Bamboo polish worked. "My skin was read immediately after polishing but I rinsed with cool water and by the time I was dressed my skin looked amazing!"
I can't wait to try the product myself and what perfect timing to shed that winter skin!

- Jenna, Diamond Girl Media associate director
Los Angeles (January 2011) — Larenim Mineral Make Up launches a brand new skin care product this month for spring. The Bamboo Skin Polish, a unique and creative combination of all natural, organic, and chemical-free ingredients, is designed to “polish” your skin; leaving it refreshed, glowing and in great condition. The bamboo polish is the most recent addition and compliments the rest of Larenim’s organic, anti-aging skin care products created to feed your skin with the healthiest ingredients nature has to offer.

The Bamboo Skin Polish is made from bamboo stem extract and cocao shells to help exfoliate without using harsh and damaging chemicals. Larenim has also developed a unique alpha-hydroxy-acid blend from sugar cane and sugar maple. It’s so natural and fresh you could eat it! The polish, gentle enough to clean and exfoliate on a daily basis, will leave your skin feeling like you just left the spa.

DGM SPOTLIGHT: JAM Vegan Bakery

At Diamond Girl Media part of being green is eating green. That is why we love combine our events with vegan eateries around Los Angeles.
Today, I was catching up with one our past event caterers (and eatery we love!), Juicy Ladies, via twitter when I stumbled upon this new vegan bakery, JAM that is expected to open soon. I then proceeded to spend the next 20 minutes drooling over vegan desserts from Jesse Coyne and Mallori Simko of JAM Vegan Bakery. I can't wait to try the JAM cake pops... oooh and the cupcakes. I don't even know where to start on this one. Too good to be true!

Diamond Girl Media...feeling beautiful on the inside

Diamond Girl has plenty of things to help you look and feel beautiful on the outside, such as 100% organic cosmetics from Larenim and show stopping jewels from Socheec...but those just the final touches. If you're a local Angeleno we suggest taking advantage of the outdoors, maybe a group workout in the park overlooking the ocean, a hike, or surfing and volleyball like Diamond Girl's athletic rockstar Jenna Hannon. If you're looking for something a little more organized you're bound to find a local gym where you can pay per class or purchase a package of classes at a reasonable price. Any of the above mentioned is sure to jump start your day and make you feel good on the inside.
Diamond Girl favorites: Wednesdays @ Circuit Works in Brentwood with Cole Williams and Fridays in the park with Jake Nugent. You can find both of them on Facebook for more information.

A dash of True Romance Blush (larenim.com) and a little arm candy armor (socheec.com) and you're bound to look gorgeous and feel great!
